I have the DU Wetlands on my '05 Kodiak, they are a forerunner of the xtr. The xtr has a slightly different tread (a little ridge of rubber between the lugs) but both are the same design and construction. I can say I really like the tire, they handle better with less tire sidewall rollover, and perform in the mud better. I have about 1000 miles on a set and have done quite a bit of road riding but have held up well. I have the 25's and I paid $300 for the set from Motorcycle Superstore with free shipping.

The xtr's are nearly identical in height to stock tires. The weight of the tires are a little more than stock but I think the perfromance of the radials far out weigh the the difference in a couple of pounds. I noticed no difference from stock to my Wetlands in performance of my Kodiak. With the more powerful Grizz you should not notice any difference.

Just had my first ride on my new 26"x12" XTRs last night. Got the T7 12" cast wheels with 26" Mudlite XTRs.
I was very impressed with these. They handle very nice with light steering effort and good tracking. Haven't had a chance yet to do any serious mud bogging....but with the huge lugs I'm certain they'll do well. The thing that really impressed me was how well they handle. I'm a happy camper.
