Default steering-suspension question(please help)

i just bought my kids an 05 rally from dealer (used $2100 good price?) . when i got it home i went over it with fine tooth comb. bike is clean except suspension was adjusted all the way down and left front tire seemed to tip in under rider weight. if picked bike up and set down wheels were fine. that tire seems to be wearing faster than other front. i adjusted shocks stiffer and that seems to of helped the tipping alot still a little but i could adjust more if had to. my question is do you think this is the problem or should i take it back to dealer and tell him to look for some other problem? any advice or help would be great

Take it back ASAP. Make them adjust it but don't wait to long they'll think you did something.
It sounds like the camber needs adjusting or a bent tie rod or hub, but I'm no expert.
I just wouldn't hesitate to return it, you paid good money you deserve a sound machine thats safe for your kids.
Good Luck
