whats the first thing to happen when you overfill your crankcase with oil and let it run? Is a seal the first thing to go? and then you would have a leak? Counter guy screwed up and told me to add too much oil... only let it run a minute or so, now I hear a noies I never heard..

The oil can blow up into your intake, or it can blow a gasket or seal, but most common it goes into the intake and runs crappy, and smokes. Drain some of the oil. In my V2, i fill it just over 3/4 of the dipstick, just under the fill mark

no seals blown, runs good. I think I caught it in time. Drained the oil and replaced the filter, had a weird noise at idle but it went away. I have 3 months left on warranty, should I have Honda look at it or do you think its o.k.?

thought I fixed the problem, only hear the noise when I first start up and idle, after running a few minutes it goes away. Is that normal? I never noticed it before this episode.

Do they make any slick 50 type stuff for atv/dirt bikes? Just wonder how those with work with a wet clutch system.

As far as I know, there are mo manufacturers who recommend anything but plain oil in the crankcase. All bets are off, when you start adding anything other than oil.
Seems to me , slick 50 and the others contain large amounts of moly, which isnt good for wet clutch systems.
