Maxxis Bighorns

What do you all think of these tires? I am wanting to get different tires on my 06' BF750 but can't decide what I want. I ride in sand, rocks, mud, trails, pretty much everything. The XTR's are pretty radical, but the I just kinda like the tread pattern on the Bighorns. Any input much appreciated! Also, I like the Highlifter outlaw MST's but they are not a radial. Not sure if there is much difference. It seems like off-road guys prefer bias-ply tires over radial's but that doesn't seem to be the case for ATV's.

Have you looked at the swamplites? They are a number one rated All terrain tire, and they are better in mud than bighorns. They are great in mud, snow, hardpack, and rough terrain. The bighorns are good in all of these areas also, except mud. Look at my pics to see the Swamplites

They do ok. I would rather run my EDLs. But on moth trips the mud hole are getting farther and farther away from each other. The stupid Forestry service keeps filling everything in with gravel. So I end up running the gators more and more.

F1, I have Bighorns on both my bikes and really like them. I do recommend running them at the minimum recommended air pressure or even 1/2 lb less, or the ride can be pretty rough.
The primary reason I went with the Bighorns was durability, they are very tough and I'm told you can put a bunch of miles on them. I've got 200 miles on the set on my Foreman, and they showed almost no wear compared to the new set I recently put on my Grizzly.
It sounds like I ride a lot like you, all kinds of different terrains. I am not a big mudder, but I've had both of my bikes in mud holes up to the top of the tire and the Bighorns seemed to pull as good as my buddy's Grizzly with 26" Dirt Devils, for whatever that is worth. But, his Dirt Devils look like they are wearing out much faster than the Bighorns.
I recommend the Maxxis Bighorns.

We don't have much mud here in western Colorado, but for everything else, the Bighorns seem to be the best tires ever had by anyone I have spoken with.
One guy has 6,800 miles on his and they're about 2/3rds worn out.

i have been running the 25" Bighorns and love 'em. when i decided to bump the size up to 27", i just ordered the 27" Bighorns. i owe a friend that has bald tires on his atv a favor, so the lightly used 25s will have a good home. i never even thought about other tires, tho.
