Default factory rims with Mudlites

I have a set of Mudlites mounted on ITP c-series type 4 rims for a Rubicon. Would I be able to put the Mudlites on factory honda rims? The reason is I don't like the ITP rims. The main reason is on the rear they are narrower than original rims and in the front they stick out past the finders. I would like to have some factory rims so they are the same all around. Where could I get some factory rims at? If a buy them through a Honda dealer they will probably be pretty expensive.

Yes I did but didn't find any. How much do you think they would cost through a Honda dealer?

Check out this website http://www.mrcycles.com/fiche_section_detail.asp It is probably the same at most Honda dealers> If I'm reading it right it looks like $147-WOW

How much do you think I could sell the ITP rims for? They have not been used much at all, probably less then 200 miles.

angler, yes you can put mudlites on factory rubicon rims. I just took a set off of Rubicon rims this past saturday to put on my Grizzly factory rims. I sent you a PM.

I don't understand something. I put the Mudlites XL with ITP rims on the Rubicon and it sits 1 inch lower than with the factory tires and rims. They are the exact same size tire. Why would they sit lower? I would have figured they would sit higher because of the lugs. Are the rims smaller in diameter?

Also, would the factory rims be strong enough for the Mudlites?

I'm not sure if it's because the wider stance puts less upward pressure. I'm not sure if mine sits lower than stock on my Kodiak, but it must. I read on here how Kodiaks go thru mud that Foremans can't but I don't understand how. My kodiak sits AT LEAST 1 1/2" lower in the front than even my 01 Rancher. That's what got me thinkin about your question. Maybe someone else on here can tell us why.

Check the mounted tire height. Have Mud Lite's, and have found they are undersized by quite a bit (about 1.5" at 5 psi) on my stock Polaris rims.

MudLite xl's are a litter smaller than stock.
