I have an 03 z400, I dont know a whole lot about it to start. I was a yami guy till I rode this one. I bought it in the cold Illinios winter so it never had a chance to get warm. My issue is now that when the fan kicks on it is turning about 3 rpms, or lets just say pretty freaking slow. I have no experience with liquid/fan cooled quads really.
I was wondering if anyone knows if it should be moving slow or fast?

when it kicks on it should really be spinning fast ,
