So i ran over a large stick today that rammed my foot into the shifter on the left side, It now will not shift up at all, was in third gear when this happend and i shifted all the way down into neutral. Model Prob around a 2003. The Shifter will raise all the way up now but there is no tension on it ????

If the shifter will flop up & down with no tension then you probably broke the little ball off the gearshift spindle arm ..

If it has tension on it oneway and will shift only in one direction then one side of the gearshift plate is broken .. There was a product update on the gearshift plate on 2000-01 models ..
