Fox makes good shocks for several applications. I have Fox coilovers with remote reservoirs on my Jeep. Mason Motorsports has won the Best in the Desert championship this year with a Rhino that uses Fox shocks and the Mason Motorsports long travel a-arms. And Fox makes what may very well be the best aftermarket shock for the Yamaha Grizzly 700.

Other names that are good include Elka, which is what I have on my Rhino, along with a Lonestar long travel suspension. And Ohlins is also very very good, perhaps even the best of all.
