Being one of the "off-brand" machines, are there even sprockets available for it???
What do you mean by sluggish??? Some would say that means no throtle response (power), and other would say that means not enough speed.
To get more low end power and snappy throtle response (but at the expense of top end speed), decrease the size of the front sprocket, and/or increase the size of the back.
To get more top end speed (but at the expense of low end power), increase the size of the front sprocket, and/or decrease the size of the back.
Remember: 1 tooth difference in front = aprox 3 teeth in back! And, you are going to need enough chain slack, or adjustment to take up the slack, when making changes....or a new chain.
Front sprockets are cheaper, so it is usually best to start by making a 1 tooth change in front and seeing where that gets you.......
