I figured this out a while ago, and my memory sometimes fails me, but, on a stock geared banshee with 20 inch tires on the back you can expect around a %10 increase\decrease in 6th gear for every tooth that you inc\dec on your front sprocket.. My math might be a little off, and its not always 10% as the rpm chart becomes a curve (1 tooth would be 10% 2 would be 19% ect.) Also to note, it takes 3 teeth on the rear sprocket to make the same change as 1 tooth on the front. You will also lose considerable low end power if you change your gearing to a 16:41
Why would you want to put a 16t sprocket on anyways? The only application I can see for going anything bigger than a 15t is for pure top end salt flat type drag racing!

A 16 tooth front sprocket wont fit on a banshee the biggest you can go is 15 without messing around with the case
