Default Some one help please

I have a 96 honda trx 300 ex, whenever i go through water, deep or shallow the machine bogs down and after an hour or so it will stall. If i let it sit a few minutes it will start right up. Nothing is coming in through the air box because that is dry. I know its not electrical because ive been through every inch of the wiring with a spray bottle and nothing happens.
if i take a hose and run it over the top of the engine while it idles it will stall does anyone have any ideas what it might be?
Oh yeah the other day i pulled the carb off and there was some condensation inside it
