Just got back from Brimstone TN with one shock intact. The other broke in half!!!!!!! An OEM replacement is outrageous. Found some Wide Open aftermarkets that have a heavier spring rate and larger shaft but was told they were only for the 4wd models. I did some part number comparisons between the two and the only difference is the first three letters of the part number. 2wd being 5HA-23350-00-00 and 4wd, 5GH-23350-00-00. But on both the 2wd and 4wd, the upper A-arm and frame numbers are the same. Any ideas why they won't work?
