I need ball joints in my 89 Banshee real bad but I can't see buying stock arms that I'll just have to buy later when the ball joints go bad again so I'm thinking of getting a set of the cheaper A arms. I usually try to get top of the line parts but between sinking most of my paycheck into my Mustang and now I'm lifting my Ranger up Monday and summer is just around the corner so I'm going to put some more goodies into my CBR I really don't have the money to spend on $700 A arms. I saw the Krypton arms for $399 a set and thought that it wasn't too bad of a price as long as they were quality peices. Any input? I also thought about making my own A arms since my fiance's father has some pipe bending machines and lots of other metal working equipment but I don't know if I could get the angles of the A arms perfect so it would have the correct geometry once installed, any ideas here or any blue prints I could copy. Thanks in advance.

Well are there any other lower priced A arm sets that will get the job done.

Yes you have to ream the spindles out to accept the bigger ball joint. And i have broke 2 ball joints on them in 3 years. Now i replace them every year or so.They are only like 12.00.So the reassurance is worth it
