Default cable chains

Anyone have any experience with SCC cable chains? Just bought an '05 Rincon 650 mainly to plow with. Have mudlites on it which are ok, but I think chains on the stock tires might be better. Looking for something that won't tear up the pavement which is a concern with the atv chains which all seem to be v-bar. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Have you tried plowing yet with the mudlites... I plowed out my drive the last storm of 18 inches and 3 foot drifts on a big bear 400 with bald tires and it was all set.. These things can plow snow way better than you think sometimes.. Of course chains would make it hook up insanely but not really needed.

I did. A little spinning with about 8" of heavy wind blown snow, and that was with 180 lbs of sand bags on the racks for extra weight. Would like to be confident that it can get through the annual 15+" heavy dump we seem to get each spring, so I don't have to listen to the wife telling me I should have kept the tractor/snowblower.
