Question haweye rear slanted

My brother asked me to look at his hawkeye because the rear left tire was slanted. I looked it over and see no issues anywhere, frame is good, axle is not broken, shocks and all are fine.. why is it slantes and is there a way to fix it?

I just added some pictures maybe that will help. I have never worked on a atv so i am lost. I talked more about it to my brother and he said he has not been rough and he has not been out with it in a few months but he does ride his 2 kids and wife all at once. So close to 600 lbs at once on it... got the rear jacked up and not a crack or anything on frame and no axle movement broken wise.......

One spring is stiffer than the other.

What year is the Hawkeye? Also..did you check the mounting plate the sway-bar is welded to? Earlier models tend to crack near the welds. Last of all, I know you said you checked the frame, but take a real close look at the front mounting tabs for the suspension arm. The 06 models were weak and would crack where welded to the sub frame.

Default hawkeye trouble

Check the rear subframe closely. These machines are known for
frame cracking. Also check with your dealer for recalls on this model.
My 2006 had a recall for steering stem and lower a-arm problems.
Fix it and sell it, nothing but problems.
Good luck......................
