Default All Terrain Tires

Does anybody have any experience with EFX ATV Tires? I am planning to purchase their Motomax All-Terrain Tires.

The last number on the tires is the rim diameter. You can't swap an 8" rim with a 12 or 11 rim size.

The first number is the diameter of the tire and the second number is the width. You could probably get away with a 8" tire on a 7" wide rim but a 9" width might be pushing it.

If you have 19" diameter tires you'd need to get new rims for the larger tires. Depending on what kind of quad you have something would need to be changed to allow for the larger tires. Do you have a sport quad that is chain driven or a utility type quad? Don't know enough about sport quads to tell you what you'd need to do with the sprockets to allow for the larger tires. With a utility machine you'd have to change your clutching around.
