03' Big Bear shiifting hard.

Does anyone have trouble shifting the 03 big bear? I just bought one and have about 15 miles on it so far. I love it, my only complaint is that it is hard to shift. What can be done about it?

it should have a clutch adjustment, take it back to the dealer
