Banshee is a little much for a beginner, I think. I would stick with the blaster, if you want 2 stroke. The Honda 300 and 400 EX's are good machines for the 4 stroke crowd. Have fun!

400 ex less fuel last longer than a blaster and there are lots of 400 to race

Any of the mid size bikes: 250's, Blaster, 300EX, etc. You already have a 250, so get a pair of paddles, an aftermarket pipe, and you should be set.

Beleave me the blaster is a fun and graet bike just make sure you make it richer than lean i just mess up my piston because i forgot to richen my bike up but after that ill be out there more and more on the sand.If you get the b-1 kit for it its the best pipe for the blasters. It has incredable top end bust wheelys for ever.
