Oops, sorry about that. Mine are 20x10. Sorry to get your hopes up. I have the dual ridge sandstar razorbacks for the front. Not sure of the size on those

YES! I now have the 22" sand stars in my garage! They did come in. I did call ITP a few days ago and asked what was the problem......they said they can't keep up with demand. I am glad i waited. I will give a report after glamis!

I first heard about them in DIRTWHEELS. They put a set on the V (22"). They did say it was nite and day difference on hill climbs. This issue was about 2 or 3 months back. I know.... ITP does advertise alot in their mag.

Sand stars 20"

am i right in thinking that 8" rims will give better traction and 10" rims will be better for sliding and landing jumps ???

Also fronts which is best 21" x7"-10" or 22"x8"-10" and why??

Where you just going to ride on the rims? THen the 10"s might give you better traction. J/K
I'm not totally sure on rim size and I bet you ask 10 people and you will get 10 different answers. I am gettin 10s to stay with stock rim size, plus I tried some paddles on 10" rims and my quad did very well.

Ha Ha
Thanks for the reply

I like the look of the ten inch rim in the 20" tire, better tyre to steel ratio.

If any one has a more technical reason for making a decision let me know ?
And any advice on fronts is apreciated. will the 8" width float better or will it cause more resistance to forward motion ?? idont know do any of you ??

What differrence do 22" and 20" tires have. I have the 20" Sand Stars rears and the 8" on the front. I used them at glamis and they went up every hill really well

I got them from a local dealer (Callaway motorsports in Riverside). I do not know what company they go through.
