do's any body know what the max noise level for an atv is at the oregan dunes?????????

 

96 db, but they seem to have backed off the noise thing and are more concerned with the booze in the dunes.

 

some of the dunes in oregon have a 99db rule and some have a 96db rule. depends where the dunes are i guess

 

The signs down south say 93dB

I should have been more specific.

I'm not shure where its at but I'm talking about the oregan dune fest.

I plan on going to the dune fest this year and heard they do db test but I've seen pics of some insane drag bikes.

 

Dunefest is different. There are no sound tests. Atleast at or around the drags there is no dB limit. I cannot say for sure whether that is the case around camp. Where we camped people ran their drag bikes to do some racing and the cops didnt say anything about noise.

96 at Sand lake, Believe it's 92 everywhere else.Just be cool when you see the quad cops or the green trucks and you should be ok.

 

Got checked at florence saturday blew a 102 with a 93 limit. Great cops no ticket[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] They did say stay away from edge of border with loud pipe.
