Well i live around Victoria Tx, about 120miles south of H Town, and was wonder were i would have to go to ride some dunes? I have never ridden any in my life, so they dont have to be huge, somthing to get used to b4 i take a long trip. Anyone know some nice places i could go? Thanks for any info.

You willing to drive 7-8 hours? Try Kermit. Warning though. If you go once, you'll be hooked!

I can help with directions and stuff if you need them.

from what i've heard KFX400 stock tires do pretty good in sand. If you really want to get into duning 5+ times a year you might want to pick up a pair but if you just want to try it out i'd suggest just using your stock tires for now atleast

Paddles don't hurt. A lot of the dunes are just about straight up on one side, but short enough you can use your momentum without paddles. Just start small until you get the hang of it.
