Well i dont know about pismo or dumont..but Glamis was awesome...i got there fri night and clear skies no rain. the rest of the weekend was partly cloudy but sunny most of the times with maybe 15 mins of showers one day. then on mon morning clouds rolled in and then came the light showers..i had a blast..with all this rain in other parts of the cities glamis was perfect.

was that about a half mile east of olds? we saw a chopper airlifting someone out and at the same time my friend (fairly new rider with more b@lls than brains) crashed and his raptor landed on top of him. After the EMS finished with the other guy they came up to where we were at and my friend was taken to the hospital in the rescue rail. They thought he broke his back but he ended up to be fine just a bit bruised.

My weekend was plagued with BS!!!

But its all good at least I was in glamis!!!

yep that was him..he got airlifted out of there..at first he told us not to even get the rangers and that his buddies here going to ride him out on a buggy..i told him hes nuts...so finally a ranger showed up and the guy told the ranger he didnt want to be airlifted because he didnt have insurance. the ranger told him if he gets in a buggy and ride out theres a chance the femur can sever a main artery and kill him. then he didnt want this pants and boots cut. this guy was just out of it and did not know the severity of his injuries.

Sad to hear about that kid. F'n rails think they own the sand. But on big weekends everyone has to be extra careful. There are just too many damn people zipping around. I almost got hit by a real once. He crested a dune that I was on top of going at least 40-50mph...I was about 5 feet from being hit. I went over to him and told his *** off for being stupid.
