Default Dunfest Question.

I am going to Dunefest this year and I will be bringing my toy hauler. I wil be getting there on the Saturday before it starts and leaving on the Sunday as it finishes. My question is where do you recommend I set up camp? I am willing to go on the sand, but I don't want to get very far from the road. Any help?

There is a map on the website. BUT! You better see what's available first. Even if you go the weekend before, the dunes belong to Dunefest come Tuesday and if you don't have a purchased site, they will make you leave. I strongly recommend you purchase a site online after you study the map, but do it soon. Quite a few of the campsites are already full. Good luck.

I haven't been to Dunefest in a few years, but I know it is hard to get a reservation at this late date. Move fast and good luck!

Default Dunfest Question.

My brother just looked at the reservations for Dune Fest yesturday and he said that mostly everything was still open.

I hope to make it this year if the money holds out along with if I have any vacation saved up.

I'd check out Discovery Point Resort. They are the closest to the dune acsess and I do believe their prices aren't that bad.
