Raptor & Banshee
#2
My stock Raptor vs stock Banshee up Olds hill, I won 5 out of 5 by at least 4 to 5 bike lengths. Piped Banshee vs stock Raptor up Olds hill, I lost 5 out of 5 by at least 4 to 5 bike lengths. Piped Raptor vs piped Banshee, I'll let you know when I get my Sparks racing pipe on the Raptor
For just riding the dunes, both bikes are awesome but I think the Raptor is easier to ride. I can put it in 3rd gear and just about ride anywhere.

At the races at Olds Hill and Comp Hill the Banshee will still dominate due to its hop up potential and I dont think anything will take its standing as "King of the Hill". As for duning I agree with Dreamduner both machines are awesome but the Raptor has better suspension than the Banshee which would give it the edge, but thats somthing that could easily be fixed on the Banshee.

Piped raptor against piped banshee...your raptor will probably loose, because on 2strokes, pipes are much more important than on 4strokes...you'll probably loose, but not by much. If you have a california raptor...then it might be a nice battle!

I think the Raptors are great, my buddy has one and it hauls but no modded 4 stroke atv will ever be able to take a modded banshee part for part. I have say Banshee's with over 600cc's and I don't think you can get the Raptor to stroke much past 750. Also the rule usually is the 4 stroke has to have twice the displacment of a 2 stroke to win. But the plus side is the Raptor guys will be having to rebuild a lot less.
