As some of you might know, we're going to SilverLake around 6th-12 of may, and I'm looking for paddles.
I noticed that the prices are very different, from 40 to 80$ a tires, for a similar size...what's the deal?

It all boils down to buying power. Rocky Mountain ATv has about the best prices. I like to support my local dealer, as he is a great guy, but local dealers can not compete with mass buyers on tires. You can usually get paddles on .160 or .190 wheels for about the same as the tires alone cost locally. Check out Rocky Mountains ads and if your local source is close, go with him, if not, save yourself some money for spending at Silver Lake.
