Just moved to Oregon
#1
I just moved to Roseburg Oregon. I plan on riding every weekend or close to it. Most of the time I will be unloading in Winchester Bay and heading out from there. If anyone wants to go ride on the weekends or the big holiday weekends let me know so we can hook up or something.

Chad,
I have lived in Roseburg off and on a couple of times and now live in Medford. My wife and Kids and I ride at the Dunes year round depending on the weather. How did you end up in Roseburg?
Anyway, we ride at Hauser most of the time(have some friends with houses there too). Have you been to Sandfest yet?
Probably go over around spring break some time.

Well, where I used to live I was limited to a certain type of job, But out here in Roseburg I am not so limited. My Girlfriend is originally from
Roseburg so she has family here. We were out on the dunes the X-mas week through new years but only got two days of riding in because of the weather. I like dunes and I also like the fact that my Quad will STAY CLEAN . Not like in Wisconsin where you have mud a crud all year long. It's a heck of a change and there will be some things I'll miss about riding there but for the most part I'm happy with my choice. If I could have it my way I would be out riding everyday. Working is something I do when I'm not riding lol. Right now I'm still in Wisconsin and won't be moving out there for good until mid March. I baught a house out there over X-mas break so I better get out there and live in it. I plan on making EVERY Holiday weekend out there.

Thanks I can't wait to get back out to the sand.I guess I'm just one of those people who doesn't like riding alone all the time, So I'm looking for some friends who want to ride not just show up at the dunes and bench race. Bench racing is for the camping area not the riding area.

Welcome to Oregon, I'm just getting back into riding myself, I've yet gone to the dunes but would like to this spring, We did a ride while at Sunriver this last week at the pit in Lapine and had a blast. I grew up in Prineville and did'nt relize all the riding places to go to. Now I'm stuck in Portland waiting for the rain to stop. I've been rebuilding a 250r and a 200x. atc. coming along pretty good, I'm kicking around the idea of buying a Preditor this year. hope to see you out there!

Anytime you want to head to the dunes, just give me a holler, and I'll round up some people to go down there and show you around. Check out our club website (the link is in my signature). I live out in Lake Oswego, so I'm just a little bit down 205 from Gladstone. It would be cool to have some 3 wheelers in the group. I've been contemplating picking up a 350X for a while. I had an 84 200X, and an 85 ATC250R when I was in High School, and every now and then I think I'd like to get one, restore it, and have a spare bike to ride. Oh, and as far as other riding areas, just ask, and we'll take you out there as well.
