Default 300 kit in 250R

Is anyone running a 300 kit in the trx250r ? The reason I am wondering is my sister just got one today and it has a 300 kit, paul turner pipe, cfsx(i think)silencer, k&n, rad valve, and a 39 mm carb. It seems pretty darn fast. If there is anymore out there how do you like it? We only ride in the dunes. How does it do against other quads in drags? Or have any of you seen a 300R run ? Any info will help us out. thank you - Jason

I currently own 2 250Rs.
I used to own a 330R, and a 310R.

The 330R was a real screamer, but unfortunately, the bottom end blew.
The 310 was ok. Had lots of torque.

The biggest difference in my opinion, is who does your porting and HOW it is done.
Get a 300-330 with an awesome port job, and you will really be holding on for dear life!!

You should know how well it does for sure when you take it to the dunes and line up against some of the other 250Rs out there!

If the 300 is tuned and ported well, it should have no problem beating the raptor.

As far as Banshees go, you should be able to beat a stock or SLIGHTLY modified one if you are tuned properly.

Banshees have a larger cc base to build off of, so they can be modified to be very fast!

So I guess it all depends on the amount of modification the Banshee has, considering all other things are equal.
