About 375 feet ot so last time I measured it. I used a GPS so altitude measurements can be off but 50 feet or so. Devil's Dune is about the same from the bottom to the top.

They're STEEP - that's what makes it special.

I think Choke is actually less intimidating than devil's dune if you plan on going all the way over the top. It's a razorback on top of Devil's while choke has a nice flat surface.

I would hate to roll down either one.

Yep, deadhorse bowl is huge - it's got to be at least 1/2 mile or more around. You can fly around it except for that one part that always seems to have a little ridge running down the bowl.

St. Anthony has some bowls that are more like funnels steep and small at the bottom. Not something you would take a slow quad into because you may not get out.

Thats blowing me out of my mind that its only 375 feet high. A bunch of rail car guys told me when i was looking up at it that it was around 800 feet, and someone totally different said the same thing. 375 might be a littel more believable though thanks. GPS good idea

I guess 375 feet just feels like a lot more with a stock raptor, first time to the dunes.
