I have two polls about what is the best two and 4 - stroke atv's for the dunes, if you don't see one that you think belongs let me know!

Mebbe the new Kawi 700 will be... but IMHO there isn't a good 4-stroke for the dunes.

 

it is hard to compare, the ds and raptor are fun to ride in the sand and with simple mods they run great. the 250r and banshee are old tech, the honda can still hold it own, in the ruff terrian, but if you compare the four the suspension is starting to lean toward the 4 strokes. if you want to start modding the 2 strokes have to much time in the aftermarket and leave the 4 strokes in the dust. if we are talking drag racing the 2 strokes are the way to go. plus it is a lot cheaper to mod 2 strokes. but i meet a lot of hondas and banshees that like to race the 4 strokes, everyone likes a good hard race, those are the most rewarding, when you have a chance to lose and you win, those rock.
