89 Suzuki 230, 250 plastics, ZX 750 Ninja motor. Good for 106 horsepower. I just bought this and started working on it. Troy

clean looking swap man.... but how did you solve the infamous radiator problem?

(meaning where the hell to put the bulky radiator when swapping a massive liquid cooled engine into a tiny quad frame meant for an air cooled lawnmower engine)

The radiator mounting seems to always be the fail point for the slickness of motor swaps like this- ive seen otherwise totally pro looking swaps with the radiator mounted up by the headlight for lack of a better place to put it :/

if someone designed a radiator that could fit inside of the front of the frame and adequately cool a large multicylinder engine, all these swaps would be so much easier!!!
