Getting ready to go (6-17-6-21)to HM for first time. Printed map of Indian ridge, can someone tell me what the numbers are on the trail lines? If its simple and you are laughing catch your breath. I am new at this trail stuff.

The trail numbers allow you to track yourself on the map. There will be signs on the trails with the number and color. The numbers don't have any other meaning.
