Default 03 grizzly 660 noise

well i just got this grizzly like 3 days ago and i love it! its amazing with the 27'' itp mudlites. anyway i had 2 little noises that ive been paying attention too. One was fixed buy riding the rear breaks for 30 yards (crap on the pads and rotor)and the other one is when i jump it. i dont mean like luanch the sucker, i mean just hop over a few rail road bed bumps at like 30 or bringing down wheelies. its a clackety clunk for only a second. ive heard that the front driveshafts are a little loose on the grizzlys . it almost sounds like my rear brake caliper is moving and hitting sumthing then stoping but the caliper and the brakes are solid. anyone one else experience this type of noise on there grizzly? im not to concerned about it as far as being a major problem ive got 100 miles on it already (yup 3 days lol) and its runs flawless the whole time without a skip except for that noise when thumping it around. anyone got any ideas? lmk thanks

I discover different noises from time to time, mainly because of going through mud and water and squeaks start up, espeically with brakes. I apply fluid film to the under chasis of my ATV with a paint sprayer using my compressor. Trick is to heat up the fluid film before spraying on. This stuff works great in repelling the mud and water and makes my ATV sound healthy too! Try lubing up eveything under it and take it out and see if noises dissapate. If they do, then you know it is because of lubbing issues and the lube is keeping everything healthy and protecting your ATV from the mud and water.

Only thing is fluid film wont last as long, because riding through mud and water then power washing it down when finsihed to get all the mud off will eventially take off the fluid film or what ever type of lube you choose to use.
