Hand Guards and Warmers
#1
I am trying to decide which is best a Hand Warmer or Hand Guards. Guards will draw power which concerns me and I figure guards will help keep them warm (out of wind) and dry.
What are your opinions and experiences. Which brand is best?
Thanks

Yep sorry about that, easy to install, got one of their seat pads for my dog
in the carrier he rides in and it plugs into the 12v acc.plug in and has four
setting on the little panel which bolts onto your handlebar, come summer I
pull the whole thing out and put it on the shelf until his little butt gets cold
again, they are great folks to work with and recommend them highly!

Ive got a few of the Symtecs that I bought for $32 and some of the Tusks from RockyMountainATV that I bought for $19. The Symtecs are better, no doubt.....but the Tusks do the job as well. My son has a pair on his LT80 and we never have a dead battery even with the stock stator.....so surely a big wheeler would be in the clear on power draw.
Mine on my 19984 Fourtrax hasnt given me any trouble.
I also wouldnt bother removing them for summer.....why? They are under your regular grips so you cant see them......and I could see how removing the heating grid could tear it up.
