Mud Off
#1
Back in the day of stock car racing we used to hose the under side of the car, body and tires with baby oil . this prevented mud cakeing and sticking, most slid rite off and brought very little home.
Would this be some thing to do to an ATV to prevent mud from sticking to the plasic,tires/wheels and chassis?

Dude, it might work, but I don't know if it is worth showing up to the ride smelling like baby oil!!
Seriuosly, though, it might work. I wonder if something like WD-40 or spray silcone would work? The only thought I have about wet lubricants is that they may prevent stuff from sticking to some surfaces, but provide a binding agent for fine dust in areas where it pools.
