Polaris and Artic Cat both from Minnesota, USA
Not sure if all parts are 100% American, but I'm sure some PoPo and AC owners can chime it about that.

Cobra Motorcycle out of Michigan makes some fiercely quick mini bikes and quads for kid's racing.

Welcome to the forums

Pretty sure some Yamaha's are made here. Think some Suzuki's are too. Think there are other Japanese brands that make some of their ATV's in the US.

Other than CanAm, I believe all quad makers have plants here in the US. Polaris gets engines from Fuji in Japan. Most other's also use Japanese engines. Arctic Cat might be using their own now. They used to use Suzuki if I remember right. Smaller Arctic Cats are being made by Kymco which is a decent quality Korean company. Pretty much the rest are made here with Japanese engines. I could be wrong. It changes alot.

polaris and arctic cat. Arctic cat use to use suzuki engines but if you go with a 450h1 efi, 550h1 efi, 650h1, 700efi, or the 1000(951cc)efi,then you will get an arctic cat motor which are built in st. cloud ,MN. i believe. im not saying its 100% u.s.a but most of it is.

Polaris's single cylinder engines are Fuji or KTM made, but the twins are made in MN with the rest of the quad. The Phoenix 200 and mini's are made in Taiwan under contract. My Kawasaki was made in Nebraska, but the engine was made in Japan.
I don't think any of the Arctic Cat engines are made by Suzuki anymore.

I love most all ATV's/brands and have rode or owned most every brand under the sun. My last quad was a 04 Polaris 600 Twin a nice comfortable quad that went everywhere and would tow a house if you wanted to but the thing was nitpicking me with little things such as small electrical/mechanical issues (speedometer unit working, 5 rear master cylinders in 3 years) I am also the type of person that likes things to work and work like they were designed, I hate weird noises that you know should not be there and the Polaris is by far the nosiest machine I have ever rode and tho nothing major ever failed it never sounded like a good quality built machine. So I sold the Polaris and bought my second Yamaha the Grizz and all I can say without getting into a big hub bub about which machine is better contest is WOW it is a real pleasure to be able to stick the key into my quad and just ride without all the worries as if my machine is going to fall apart on me while on a long trail ride.

To answer question Yes I love to buy American but as I said I also like to spend my money wisely and I like to buy something in hopes it will last and in this case I think I have. If you want to buy American the only true quads "Made In America" are Artic Cat's and Polaris's tho NO Co. can claim to 100% American the Polaris probably comes the closest to it! Good luck with your purchase!

P.S. I have worked for Chrysler for the past 15 years does your dad need any help????? (JK)

I think my next quad will be a polaris I like the storage in the racks and that atleast most of it will be american made. It will probably be awhile before I get one, but I was just wondering. Thanks everyone.
