Utility trailer for 4 utility ATVs - suggestions
#1
I need to purchase a larger trailer. There's a guy on ebay, from the Front Royal VA area, that sells a 16' trailer fro around $1800. It's a bit of a hike but the price and size sounds about right. In particular, does anyone have input and/or recommendations on a trailer that would haul 4 Prairie 360s and perhaps a couple of dirt bikes?
Cost is a factor. I'm not sure if trailers are a regional product. In case they are, I would need a dealer in the VA/MD/PA area.
thanks

Here's what I did a couple years ago, this has worked out real well for us. My wifes tows behind her Avalanch with no problems at all/ I already had a 16 ft. trailer, did this so I would not have to turn 4 wheelers side ways, getting too old for all that. And $1800 sounds high for a 16 ft to me, unless theirs something special about it. Anyway I did all the welding on this, cost about $700 for materials back when stell was high. Hope this helps or at least lets you see another option.

If you are looking to haul 4 quads and two dirt bikes all at the same time and all on your trailer you better go bigger than 16 ft. I would watch for something used in your area...here in Ohio you can get a decent used 16 ft landscaping trailer for a thousand or less...

You would need at least a 16' trailer. I would recommend a large snowmobile trailer. I got a 101"x12' that will fit 3 full size (2-up) quads. We put 2 side by side facing forward and 1 sideways across the back of the trailer. For just your Kawis you'd need an 8'x14'. So, as said before, I think you'll need at least a 16' for the Kawis and a couple dirt bikes.
