Where i live there is a old railraod bed and this is the only way i have to get into town with my atv and someone has just resently bot it and will not let any atvs go on it. Ive talked to him and he is a *** hole there is no way he will let me. Cant i go down the road till the next legal trail becuse i dont have any other way to get into town. Im not trailoring my atv every single time i want to go for a ride i ride daily so im lost at what to do.

 

You probably have to talk to your local police or constable. Some places they let you ride on the roads others they don't.

 

I know what you mean I live in maine also I ride in the fairfield and newport areas alot and I deal with so many people I'd like to just put a bullet in. There just grouchy life hatin Oreilly no spin zone watchin A holes!.. I know this doesnt help but I feel your pain Good LUCK!!
