Is the rust on the front anything to be concerned about?

Doesn't look to be anything out of the ordinary to me. I'd say normal use. You'd want to look for paint chipping, especially around the welds.

Don't be afraid to stand it on it's tail when you're looking at them.

 

you can fix surface rust. but deep body cancer is a different thing. that one looks good.

 

I wasn't really concerned about it, but I just wanted to make sure. Oh, I'm definitely not scared to start taking it apart and doing what I feel necessary to check it out. I'm not dupming money into it if I have concerns.
