I purchased a new Smart Chain from Sidewinder. After 5 Days of riding on a stock LTR450 with a cherry bomb the chain broke. I called Sidewinder and they told me that I heated the chain so hot, that I crystallized the metal, causing it to break. They told me that it had wear, (I was holding it in my hand, No wear on the sides) They didn't even want to see it. They said it was all my fault, without seeing this thing. Who else has had issues with Sidewinder. Their customer service is horrible. I will take this chain to a local shop to let people see what piece of crap it is.
