i saw this online and just had to post it. although it is a crazy idea, i gotta give this guy some credit cuz its very clever!

I'll see if I can dig up the picture of my old Moto-ski on the roof of my S10 Blazer... Bought it at our cottage and drove about 120 miles like that....

Have to check in my barn for the picture....

wow and you didm't get pulled over? i mean, i dont think there is a specific law against it but i cant believe cops wouldnt hassle you especially for that long of a trip

If I remember right they ended up with 4 blown tires and the rims got bent. What you can't see is that they also had a few 5 gallon buckets of joint compound in the back seat. The Home Depot made them sign a waiver releasing HD from any liability before they would help them load. That load is heavy for a half ton pickup, nevermind a car that is probably made for 600 lbs. of passengers.

oh yeah im sure the rims wouldve been bent to hell after a few feet lol. you cant even see the back tire. geez i wonder how many people were taking pictures..
