Im looking for a waterproof exhaust wrap, any suggestions?

HHMMM...i have seen header wrap on motorcycles...not on quads..the MC stuff is like an ace bandage (for lack of a better description) but i would think it would hold water, thus rusting yer pipe real fast !
Maybe a ceramic coating...downside is you'd have to contract it out to have it done. Not sure if powder coating would hold up to the heat...maybe it would..but again not a do-it-yerself project either..but it is readily available to have done in most cities.

I've seen a few bikes with it but not sure the point of it... looks like it would hold moisture....

My exhaust is over heating the gasoline in the tank causing my quad to run too hot when i get below half tank.

Sounds like there may be other issues going on! Have you contacted your dealer about this happening??

With all the mods i have they would just laugh at me! Stealership is the last place i would go. Im thinking exhaust wrap then heat sheilds alont the tank.
