Default Is it worth it anymore?

My Yamaha Timberwolf that I traded a xbox 360 for a month or so ago is starting to show its age and the abuse from its first owner. I am at loss if its worth sinking the money into or just calling it quits, Thats where you guys come in

Here is what I have done to date:

Repaired Rear fender plastic (Broke again though)
Painted some areas of the plastic
Painted the bumpers (paint is peeling though)
Had a valve job done (Brand new intake valve, Exhaust lapped, etc)
Replaced flywheel key twice (Can't find a OEM so been cutting my own)
Installed Winch & Fairlead
Added Brake Light
Built Tool Box
Ordered Rear brakes
Ordered Rear Diff Seals
Ordered Swingarm Bearings & Seals

Here is what it has been doing

Been blowing oil out the breather since I got it running
Running hot enough to melt the o-rings on the valve covers
I had damaged the main Nozzle by installing it backwards but it does seem ok?

Heres what it needs in the minium from what I can tell

Engine Rebuild (Oil is seeping past the rings, Even though she has 125PSI Compression, That would include the following - Rings,Maybe piston from the high heat it has been running at)
Head (Camshaft has too much endplay)
Should replace the carb as I can not order that nozzle used and new is more then what I want to pay
Front Wheel Bearing is starting to go

I have the chance at purchasing two Yamaha Moto 4 250's. One is a parts machine (Engine is apart so I have been told) and the other was running but compression is to low to run now. I believe these are the same engines as my Timberwolf. Plus most if not all the same other parts. He wants 350 for both.

So Opinions please?

Got the seals for the rear end, & Swingarm bearings sitting right here brand new, Piston kit is on order, Gasket Kit is on order, Frame is in good shape, Rear end seems in good shape other then the pinion seal leaking, Needs new rear tires, Fronts are new, Got rear brake shoes sitting here new. I think in the end I am gonna be forced to fix it, As I need it to get to and from work.
