When I was a kid growing up on the farm, my Dad bought us a Pacesetter III three wheeler, no front suspension, and a 7.5 hp Wisconsin Robin mower engine, dogs chased that thing all the time...the worst was a neighbor down the road with a St Bernard, it was about 200 lbs and mean, it used to run into the school bus chasing it !!...One day, my friend was riding on back, he had a wrist rocket sling shot and a can of nice hard ripe walnuts from our tree....we purposely slowed down in front of the St Bern's farm, and out he came, barking and slobbering. My friend pulled waaaaay back, and when the dog was comig down side of the ditch, let him have it. I heard a CRACK !!...and saw the walnut split in half right on the brow line of that dog...he went down like a sack of bricks out cold...we almost fell off the 3 wheeler laughing, that dog was out for 10 min, then got up and staggered back to the house, NEVER chased us or cars again, would sit by the house and just bark !!

I have only had it happen once, but this same dog also chases cars. My dog will follow me around but is good and won't leave the property.

they only chase once, i got 2 secrets. one of which is to stop and then they don't know what to do. the 2nd is a trade secret which could be self incriminating.
