Default Fuel mileage between my sport quads

Hopefully this is a decent place to ask the question. I don't need help, I was just curious. I just picked up an 05 trx450r and an Arctic Cat DVX400. I haven't had much seat time with either quad. I might have a ride coming up soon to bomb around on an old railroad track system. I just ordered tires for both which should be here soon. What I'm wondering is...which one should be able to go the longer distance on a tank of fuel?

There are a lot of variables to consider, but if they are both relatively stock I bet the max range will be similar.

My bet would be on the Arctic Cat. 450s drink gas a little quicker since they are race motors, you have to kinda keep them rapped up in order to have that happy medium. Sure you already knew that. My 400EX if I ride it gentle I can go about 70 miles on a tank of fuel (I ride with a few utility guys with odometers) and if I ride it hard it goes right down to 40 or 50 miles to a tank.
