Carburetor help
Ok, to start I'm new here and new to atv's in general. I recently acquired a 1997 Yamaha big bear 350 (yfm350fwbj) and when I first put fuel in it, it started pouring out of the over flow on the carb. I completely rebuilt the carb and now it doesn't leak while riding,as far as I can tell, but when sitting if the feul switch on the tank is on it slowly drips out of the overflow.
What should my next step be to fixing this? Could it be as simple as setting the float a little lower?
Any help is appreciated!

They were not, and I was told the setting 'should' be 13mm (.51) is this correct? I can't find any more info anywhere

This is supposed from a guy that has the Big Bear 350 manual.
"Valve clearance is
Intake .06 ~.10mm (.003 ~ .004")
Exhaust .16 ~ 20mm (.006" ~.007")
float level is usually 12.5-13mm however I prefer 11.5 mm and not shim the needle."
As far as instructions in carb kits,I don't think I've ever seen instructions in any carb repair kit I've ever used.I guess most places that make the kits expect you to already know or have access to a manual for this info.

Really ??? In the past I have only used the "Uni" brand carb kits with great success and they always came with very detailed instructions and pictures on setting up your carb. Are they getting cheaper now?
