Pull the fuel hose off the carb and verify that you have gas flowing. Also check that you have plenty of gas in the tank, by switching to reserve. Next get a multimeter and check that you have spark. No spark could be a bad coil, maybe a bad voltage regulator, or even a wire fell off or shorted and blew a fuse. I'm just guessing it's carbed not efi. EFI, could be a bad fuel pump, I suppose.

Sorry, not familiar with the 650, but my AC 400 and 500 have a switch on the side of the tank that has RES , OFF, and On. Owners manual actually says to turn off when trailering to keep gas from going past the carb float valve into the motor. Check where the fuel line goes into the tank. When I got my 500 , the fuel tank was full of crud, no gas would even come out of the hose until I blew back thru. Cleaned the tank, fuel line, put an inline filter in, and cleaned the car, bingo, has run like a Swiss watch ever since. Check all fuses as well as the wires going into the fuse block. Go to K&T Parts House and download a parts manual for her, too. GL
