Default Tao Tao 250cc missing part?

My atv was working fine until recently when I believe I may have lost a screw from my carb, anyone confirm there should be a screw in the hole above the existing screw in this picture? At the moment when I turn the fuel on it comes out fast from that hole.

Hole above screw
if there is does anyone know where I can get one or should I just order a new carb?

thanks everyone and Happy New Year!

That is just a vent. You probably have a stuck float.

From my understanding, it is either a bent, or an overflow. Pull the bowl off of the carb and check for gummed up float, or seat valve. Turn gas on while holding up on the float, gas shouldn't run all over, let down and it should. If float is stuck that is probably your problem.
Good luck!
