I bought some Tusk nerf bars for my ATV. The instructions weren't great but I was able to figure out how to mount and lace most of the webbing. On the Tusk and Alba Racing nerfs there is one webbing point where I can not figure out how to lace the webbing so it won't easily slip out.

Here is a pic of the area I am speaking about. On the left side there is a flat strip of steel with just two slots for the webbing. I've tried to run the web to the slot towards the back (left) and then up through the forward (right) slot. It looks fine but can't hold any weight without coming undone.

Anyone know how to thread the webbing? Thanks!

if you are running it through the farthest hole and then back up under itself in the loosest hole then im guessing the holes are slightly to big. Have you tried taking the tail and running it back under and back up through the farthest hole again so the tail is up at the top again? This will take up some slack and lock things in place
