So I have a Yamaha raptor 250 se 2008 and a guy wants to trade me a 2000 s650 bored to a 734 and all it needs is to be put back in Time is this hard should I trade

I wouldn't trust a used ATV that I couldn't test drive. Especially one that's been modded.
