So i revived a 1984 suzuki lt185 from the dead and it boggs down for a second then regains power. I will add that it leaks oil from somewhere on top of the engine. It just started bogging down today after i put some brand new gas in it. I have already tightened all the head bolts along with the decompression lever bolt and cleaned the carb and spark plug
